We offer a variety of design options. Here is a typical design build process broken down into three main steps per phase.
1 - The landscape design team will meet with you at the project site to determine the budget and scope of work to be performed. At this time, the design team will perform a site analysis, take detailed measurements, and assess potential views or obstacles. 2 - We will take into careful consideration the most effective way to realize your project's potential by creating a drawing of your existing site and proposed design. In some cases a 3D model may be created to provide detailed and accurate construction documents, animations, renderings, and solar studies (shade and shadow placement). 3 - We will present our landscape design through a series of drawings, animations, renderings, and plant photographs. A site walk with the proposed design will help you understand the project. |
Once our landscape design meets your approval, we will create a project schedule outlining the construction process.
1 - The project manager will meet with you to discuss a timeline of expected progress. 2 - Construction will be conducted under the direct supervision of your project manager and landscape designer. Our construction team works from detailed drawings to achieve the highest level of quality and attention to detail. 3 - Final walk through will be held with your landscape designer to ensure complete satisfaction with the project. |
